Two Bad Bodies

Chef Abel had the pleasure of preparing meals for the amazing duo “Two Bad Bodies”‘ Kaisa and Jeninfer. The inspirational duo are originally from Seattle, Washington and are known  for their workout videos demonstrating immense strengh and conditioning with such femininity, while empowering people from all over the world through fitness.


Two Bad Bodies were in Miami on vacation  and allowed us the the opprtunity to meet with them and critique our Green Soul Food.  And guess what? They loved it! Chef prepared a nutritious athletic meal meal that consisted of 5oz Seared Filet Mignon with Rosemary Seasoning, Grilled Garlic Jumbo Shrimp, Sauteed Lemon Pepper Brussel Sprouts and Cinnamin Mash Cold Pressed Potatoes.


We also provided these amazing girls with fresh Cold Pressed YS Fruit Punch juices (beet, carrot, orange, pineapple and ginger) and Ginger Shots to intake for their planned workout in the beach.
