What is the delivery schedule?
Home delivery schedule is Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5PM and 10PM.
What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
No worries! Your designated driver can drop off your TYS Meals or Juices in an Insulated Bag near your front door and send you a text confirmation.
What is the calorie count for a typical meal?
Paleo Meals typically are 350-450 calories and Traditional Meals are 450-550 calories.
Can I modify my meals?
You certainly can! You have up to 1 modification free of charge. For example, no pork or no fish works! Any other modification is an extra $5 per week.
Where can I find the ingredient and nutrition fact for your meals?
All the nutrition facts will be labeled on the top of each meal container.
What is the shelf line on your meal items?
Shelf life for our meals is 3-4 days depending on the item. Our food has no preservative or additives to preserve them past that date. All natural baby!
Can I freeze my meals?
It will take away the freshness but of course you can.
How do I cook my meals?
Simply take off the lid, place it loosely on top of the container, heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Or you can remove the food and place in an oven safe dish for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
What if I didn’t like my meal or have a concern with a dish?
We want you to be 110% satisfied so give us a call and we will take care of the meal for you!
Do you use organic products?
We use organic when necessary and local as much as possible.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source from local vendors so we can control quality a little better. Majority of the companies produce non GMO ingredients to we oh so love!
Where is the food prepared and cooked?
In our fancy expo kitchen headquarters in Doral by Chef Abel and his amazing Crew. 😉
Will I lose weight?
Yes but are you ready to lose weight. Paleo plan is the perfect Plan to help you reach desired weight loss.
What is the minimum commitment?
One week but you lose out on monthly incentives.
How do I receive the member’s rate?
Join the TYS Member’s Club for free and you instantly qualify for a discounted rate. All member plans are subscription based and some perks include, free healthy snacks, free discounts at local events, free juices and motivational items throughout the month.
When is my credit card charged?
Every Thursday at 12AM.
What is the cut off day to cancel/pause my plan before billing is ran for the upcoming week?
Billing is processed Thursday at 12AM, so you will need to pause by 11 PM on Wednesday.
What is the cut off day to resume/modify my plan to start receiving TYS Meals the upcoming week?
By 11 PM on Wednesday. Preparations must start early for the following week.
Where are your delivery areas?
We deliver throughout South Florida. If you find out we don’t deliver to your area, please give us a call and we will work it out for you!
Can I receive my delivery to my office during the day?
We only offer morning time delivery to our Corporate Accounts. Please give us a call to find out how we can set up for workplace as a Corporate Account.
Can I pick up my meals?
Our headquarters is not setup for members to pickup meals yet but we love to make your lives easier by offering doorstep delivery.
What do I do with the Insulated Bag?
Please make sure you leave the empty insulated bag outside of your door before receiving your next delivery. That way our drivers can pick up the bag and replace it with a fresh one with tasty meals. Please remember to leave bags out so you don’t get assessed a $10 fee.
How does your Referral Program work?
For every person you refer to us who becomes a TYS Member you receive $20 credit that you can use instantly! Start bragging now!
Will I receive food for Saturday and Sunday?
No, meal services are Monday – Friday. Delivery for each week starts on Sunday evening.
Can I choose how many days I want to receive meals for?
No, our weekly meal programs consist of 5 days (Monday – Friday).
