    I was on the Paleo diet for only one month and lost a total of 17 pounds. My experience was extremely satisfactory. The food is delicious, and the way it’s presented entices you to eat all of it.
    The food is abundant and there is no period during the day where one feels hungry or deprived. The delivery system works extremely well also. I would recommend this diet to anyone trying to lose weight quickly and safely. Every time I spoke to Carmen Morales she was very polite and informative .Congratulations and keep up the good work.
